The content on this website, including artwork images, writing, and brand materials, belongs to Daniel Dion unless clearly stated otherwise. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially use its content without written permission.
Commission terms
The scope, price, deposit, schedule, revisions, delivery, and cancellation conditions for a commission will be agreed in writing before work begins. A booking is only confirmed once both parties accept those terms and the required deposit is received.
Privacy
This website does not store inquiry form information. When you prepare an email, the information is passed to your own email application. Messages sent through email or WhatsApp are used only to respond to your inquiry and manage any agreed work.
Copyright & reproduction
Buying or commissioning an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece, not its copyright, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Artwork may not be reproduced, licensed, altered, or used commercially without written permission from Daniel Dion.
